Taco Bell

First of all I'm really upset that they stopped making the grilled cheese burritos. Second, they never make anything correctly. It's like anytime I try something new, it's great the first time but then they never make it right again. Like they just came out with that nacho fry steak burrito. I've been asking for no steak, chicken, rice and extra sauce and sour cream. The first time it was perfect but now they never make it right. Just like with many other things I've eaten there.

The staff always closes down the place in the middle of the day and then just sits in the lobby. Third day in a row the whole staff has been there they have a different excuse to be closed each day. If the computers are down, the prep work has to be done enough times to constantly shut down then they should probably consider shutting down the whole place to fix whats broken. But i have feeling nothing is broken and the staff doesnt want to work.

THE. BEST. TACO BELL. Kyra and Vanessa are so friendly, and after coming here 6 times, I have never gotten anything that was not hot, fresh, and delicious. I literally drive an extra 5 miles to come here because this is the best Taco Bell in the city. Kyra and Vanessa are amazing, but every other person that works the drive thru is amazing and soooo kind and helpful. I LOVE this Taco Bell!

Walked in, went to the counter as your supposed to right? All three employees turned and looked at me. One of them went back to taking orders at drive thru. One of them was trying to put orders together and the last of the three was the busiest as she had her phone out laying on the counter where the food is made as she pecked her fingers writing a text with the gloves on she went ahead and used to make the lady that was at the drive thru window at exactly 4:50 pm steak quesadilla. She looked at me in surprise like why is there someone standing at the register. Maybe covid made peole forget thatd how we used to order our food....but all in all it was worth the pointless wait because the girl at drive through window captivated my eyes. I just walked out

I have never seen such horrible. Service , The crew staff is very offensive. Toward customers My visit last night was a mess. Waited 50 minutes for food my order was very simple. The staff worker name Hallie needs to replace flipping people off. My order was wrong ! Just a total waste to have an open establishment.. There. No leadership. Way to many chief . Management. Needs to step in immediately
