Kind of going downhill. The employees never say thank you when I tip, whether it's cash or on the credit card reader. My quesedilla lately has been overcooked, they forget the side of sauce and started wrapping it in foil which it then sticks to every time. It used to come in a box with the salsa.

Always amazing! I gotta have my Bahama Mama extra strawberries at least once a week. Staff is always friendly and fast.
I also enjoy the chicken quesadilla with the apple and kale slaw on the side.

The past few times we have visited this Tropical smoothie location our orders have been wrong. The staff doesn't seem well trained in smoothie/food-prep or customer service. If you visit this location I'd suggest watching them as they make your smoothies and checking your food before you walk out the door.

There were 6 girls working and 3 of them were kinda just being lazy while the others were working their Butts off. Called 3 times for curbside delivery and they did not answer. Smoothies were left on a shelf above a oven/heater. And the cashier was very rude. Always a better experience at ANY other location.

Convenient location. Smoothies were okay - very sugar heavy but a large selection nonetheless. Staff were very nice and courteous.

I gave 3 stars because I have not eaten here, just picked up for my daughter. So while the food may be good, she says it is, I can you the staff is less than friendly. Rude would be the nicest word I could use!
