Couldn't even order a few wing's, without being hung up on! Also the person in charge put me on hold, then proceeded to just hang up on me. I'm done with this place my wife Michelle has worked for the NPC company, wich also owns other fast food company's! Such as Taco bell, and KFC. It's complete and utter disrespectful in my eyes! No wonder you guys are getting beat out by domino's!

Never has a driver!!! They regularly have issues with drivers. How can a company offer delivery if they aren't going to staff their locations properly..

We ordered a pizza on the app right in the parking lot of the restaurant so I could get points. The door said they were open till 11pm. The app said 15 minutes. We came back at 1010 and the door was locked. My husband knocked and was told our order was canceled. I did not get a phone call or any kind of message that our order was canceled. The guy was very rude. This was at the toledo, ia store. Never coming back.

This place always forgets something, when I call, they act like I am bothering them when I ask for a credit. And yes you need to credit my account, if I did not receive what I paid for! I love the food, but I never get the complete order... sad service on the phone tho

These guys are great we order from them alot for work parties and they always have it ready and it always nice and fresh!!!!

They kinda seem to just close early without notice all the time and constantly don't have drivers. My biggest pet peeve is ordering delivery and getting that call a few mins later to say I gotta come pick it up. It's happened 3 or 4 times and I don't order out often.
