On multiple occasions workers claim they can only take one order at a time and force other customers to wait. I understand that staffing is low, they claimed there were only 2 workers when I came, however i saw far more through the window. Also, that doesn't mean only one order can be made at a time. This is just a lazy management style attempting to do as little work as possible. In addition to this, I watched as an employee pulled out her phone and sat in it for at least 2 minutes while they were "understaffed". Please get your staff together.

Only a couple of us in the drive thru and still slow, so figured we were waiting on fries. Nope! Fries and burgers were luke warm, if that. And the people who were waiting in front of me only had a beverage handed to them, so what was the hold up? I felt bad for them. I get short staffing, but this was ridiculous. Plus their $1 your way menu isn't that at all anymore. This location has been going down for awhile now, but this was the worst visit I've had.

Employee was rude when I asked to use the bathroom. Actually yelled at me even though I was very polite. Watched 8 cars go through the drive threw as I waited 15 min for my food inside. Very poorly ran establishment.

Every time I come to this location the food is dry and the customer service isnt good. This time around I tried the mozzarella sticks and they were so hard and when I took a bite the mozzarella was not white, it was a burnt orange color and tasted bad. I got the impossible whopper and asked for no mayo and there was mayo and the bread wasnt even toasted. The patty was cold and dry. I got onion rings and there was something in with them that was fried and I have no idea what it was but it was gross. Do not recommend this location.

Food quality has taken sudden drop last couple weeks. Food was pipping hot and fresh. Now is often like warm or cold. Not going back.

Ordered 2 ham egg and cheese croissant both were very dry. Ordered a breakfast burrito Jr and the tortilla was hard. It was early so it want from sitting all morning. My guess is it was from the day before.
