I've always liked Arby's since I was very young. I remember going to Arby's on Sundays with my parents and getting sandwiches before football. Today they have a more varied menu. They have a number of sandwiches which are, I believe, a much healthier alternative to burgers. I really like that I regularly get coupons but lately I've been going in for their 2 roast beef sandwiches for $6. they always seem to have some sort of deal going on whether you have coupons or not. I try to recreate their sandwiches on my own and I just couldn't do it. Plus, I really love their potato cakes, they are unique.

Went inside to avoid long drive thru line. Employees were preparing orders, with no gloves, and no handwashing observed. Employee was scratching his face, and handling food. Will never order food there again.

This is terrible when your mouth is set for a certain flavor of food and this restaurant disappointments me everytime. I have been to this Arby's on Secor Rd. I'm not going back! They never have the Buffalo Sauce for the chicken chunks. The line is soooo long......done!!!

I went to Arby's on Secor I'm from Holland Sylvania, they made me pay for cookies I didn't get,and they didn't e en have the kind I asked 4,I didn't get any period,at all with my order I paid for nothing,gas ,the, and I stood in line for over 25 mins..I

Super rude employee on drive thru speaker called store to complain and whoever answered the phone hung up on me, called back and was greeted with someone screaming “Arbys” aggressively in the phone! Very unprofessional, obnoxious and uncalled for behavior!
