Arby's

Definite hasty choice. I went to this location because my daughters wanted to grab a bite to eat before they arrived at their destination. I was completely dissatisfied with the service. From the young lady taking my order while laughing and speaking to one of her coworkers to the COLD FOOD. The young lady who took my money was fine, but everything else completely horrible. in the words of my daughter, "The fries tasted like they had been in the car for two summers." They were cold and salty. The sandwiches were also cold and for the prices they charge, EVERYTHING should have been TOP TIER. Perhaps the service is better during the day (lunchtime, maybe), but this evening, it was terrible. This is not the first time I have been to this location and experienced this. I thought perhaps it would be different if given a second chance. So...if you really want Arby's and are willing to drive a few extra minutes, drive to the one on Dussel. The service is always good, and the food is ALWAYS FRESH.

I was first in line still had a 10 min wait for my order and they still got it wrong had another 10 min wait for 3pc tender they forgot and charged me for a side of cheese and never received it I also had the New Chkn Chedder ranch you tell me if you’d order this😂😂 Never Again Will I be here again and Another thing I GOT ALL THE WAY HOME AND THEIR NUMBER ATTACHED TO THE STORE NO LONGER WORKS🤦🏽‍♂️

I ordered from door dash my dasher waited 30 minutes for my food so it should have been fresh ( i live 10 minutes from the restaurant but i don't drive so i have to use door dash ) all my food was cold and tasted old so my stuff had been sitting all day or something smh. I ordered from byrne rd . Never again this use to be my favorite place.

Used to be great, not anymore. Food is cold, half full, missing items and when I called to tell them the woman argued with me then hung up on me! When I called to speak to the main manager the next morning he didn’t seem to care. Seemed shocked I even called. Today went to get the replacement meal and it took 15minutes to make which is just ridiculous, was still half full, missing cheese cup and didn’t give the drink! Unbelievable! I wouldn’t be surprised if this location is closed within one year. They lost my business for good.

They were understaffed, which isn't totally their fault or unusual these days. But they seemed to deal with it well. They closed the lobby and only had the drive-thru open. I guess that's a good way to deal with being low staffed. The sandwich and curly fries were excellent, so even with the long line and wait, they still get a solid 4 stars.
