10/10 would eat again. I love grilled cheeses and they have so many to choose from I'll need multiple visits to eat all the ones that caught my eye. I had the Greek Melt which I enjoyed a lot, a nice Greek twist on a grilled cheese. My sister had the Loco which she also really liked; the cream cheese pulled all the flavors together with a nice smooth texture and the Doritos added a nice crunch. And the funnel cake fries were so good we're getting 2 orders next time - one for each of us. Delicious.

Paddy Jack’s has legit become one of my favorite spots in the city. My favorite gourmet stuffed grilled cheese has chicken, bacon and tomato. Who knew a grilled good be so good!!! Words can’t describe how delicious it is NO exaggeration. Fries seasoned well and are bottomless!?! If you have not been do yourself a favor.....and go..like now!!!!

First time visiting, and I need to start with the playlist which was great. Hit after hit made the music experience great. I started with the calamari which while a little pricy, was good. I followed that up with a customized Traditional Jack's sandwich (with Doritos!) that was good. The side of fries was also good, but the serving size was small that came with the sandwich, although since they are endless I can't really complain as more would have been easily obtainable (if I had room after all that). The beers were cold as well which is always a strong plus, but the selection lacked Fat Tire which is a mortal sin!. Lastly, the service was good. The song by Cake, "short skirts with a long jacket" comes to mind, minus the jackets of course. The bartender was friendly and attentive. I'm sure to return given the number of monitors and NFL Sunday Ticket being offered. Give it some time and extra visits and this could easily become a regular spot with an upgrade from 4 to 5 stars. Definitely worth checking out!
