I came here as a first time patron and was disappointed. The employees were not friendly at all, and I felt unwelcome. I placed my order online, it was ready when I came in. The entire thing was unappealing, I had about half tablespoon of chicken, the noodles were hard, and it just made me nauseous. The food was not good at all. It was all bland and my side dressing could not help the blandness. I have been wanting to try this place for MONTHS and was disappointed and left nauseous at work. For the price, I expected more chicken. I shouldn’t have to ask for double chicken to get a normal portion. There is no way to contact the actual store.

Always have a lovely experience here and eat here like clock work twice a week. But am disappointed on the lack of being open on Sundays lately. Showed up today and they were closed with no sign in the window explaining why. Maybe you should announce this on the door a few days prior if you know you will not be open?

None of the employees are on the same page. I went in last week and got a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a salad. I went in today (literally 20 minutes ago) and ordered the same thing, the girl was in the middle of making it, and another girl walked over saying they haven’t made the soup “in years”. I replied, “I was literally just in last week and they made it for me” to which the girl replied, “we’re here 5 days a week, and don’t make that” ACTING LIKE I WAS LYING!?! First of all, she could’ve politely said “I’ll let the other employees know from now on that they aren’t allowed to make that” because CLEARLY NOT EVERYONE KNOWS!?! She was SO RUDE, and made the environment so awkward when I was literally just trying to order my soup and salad (that again, I JUST HAD A WEEK AGO!!!)! I cannot even describe how rude she was, why would I lie about ordering a freaking soup!? I would give 0 stars if I could.

We have always enjoyed CoreLife eatery and have had generally good experiences. Today I ordered in person at the store and our food was prepared quickly and I was on my way. Unfortunately when I arrived home I realized the meat was forgotten on one of our bowls and the brussel sprouts were not even half way filled. I called about the missing steak and they apologized and offered for me to pick it up. I picked up the missing steak and headed back home. I was surprised by the lack of customer service. No offer to make up for the fact that I had to drive up to the restaurant to pick up the main protein of one of my bowls. I would say we were just disappointed. Hopefully this was an isolated experience.

Fresh health food staff was very helpful and friendly they use very fresh high quality ingredients for there menu items and drinks. Food is so fresh tasting and phenomenal and so good for you! Mac and cheese is very good definitely need to try it! Highly recommend here if you never been here before definitely a must have stop for health eating and well-being.

A tasty, quick, and healthy option. The menu includes choices for alternative diets (Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten free). They offer mainly healthier options but have some comfort food too, so there's sometghing for everyone! I tried the Sriracha Ginger Tofu & ancient grains bowl with Thai Cashew sauce (GF and Vegan). I will definitely be getting it again!

Finally a healthy choice in Toledo Ohio. So good to have clean food choices. So tired of watching people with fastfood cheeseburgers hanging out of their mouth. I hope more is to come. This place is fabulous- tastes delicious and I can feel good about going and know its a healthy choice. The employees are so nice and energetic. Positive atmosphere:-)

This used to be a great place to eat but the turnover of employees keeps getting worse. The employees are rude and don't even acknowledge you when your ordering or ask for something. Save your money and go somewhere else. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
