I have always had a good experience here. Been to Firehouse many times! Delicious sandwiches! But, this last time, I was unexpectedly dissatisfied with my food. Skimping out on the meat on a “skinny” -I wouldn’t even call it a loaf- piece of sub bread. There was almost nothing there. I have always come back, but thinking it will be a while this time. Sorry about the bad review.

Good Sub. Quality was ok. I didn't care for the long wait. There was only one other customer in the store. Lots talking and fooling around by the staff. Get the food out the door- then have a long personal conversations.

Sandwiches are good they NEVER GIVE ME THE PICKLE THEY ASK IF I WANT! 😂But some of the ppl who work their are nasty attitudes the bigger boy who is a manager i guess is always calling a worker from the back to make orders but he is standing there not doing ANYTHING but on his phone n I can tell the workers he calls want to tell him to do it his self (as it seems like they are trying to work in the back but the manager boy is on his phone) this is the 3rd time I have cane in and this happens! Sad cause I know how it feels & i want to say something but im just a customer so I hush my mouth n hopefully for sake he will be gone or fired soon cause he is taking advantage of his position n we as customers can see this!

Their subs are so basic I can make them 10x better at home. The pro "firefighters," while is nice, is just a pure gimic to get people in the door.

Just tried them today, the food was incredible. They use fresh baked Italian bread, they got everything about our order perfect. We made the switch from subway because their refresh is just ugh. Loved this place and the employees, Jason and Brian definitely have experience in food service and will get your food right! Delicious and we’ll be back.

Absolutely the best subs I've ever had. It's a must-do place you've never been to Firehouse subs it's quite an experience I love it very much. I wish there was more Firehouse subs in the Toledo area.

Wife and myself just tried this place for the first time and it was fantastic! Good friendly service and the soup and sandwiches were great. Piled high with meat much better than the garden salad with a sliver of meat at subway. We will be back soon to try a different sandwich.

If you love a warm sub packed with flavor then this is the place to go! They also have a large verity of hot sauces you can use. Great way to support firefighters too.
