We ordered 3 meals and all enjoyed their meals, highly recommended.
I love their sandwiches, macaroni salad and the lighting is dimmer than most places. Not dark, just soft. Fluorescent lighting bothers my eyes for whatever reason. I like to come here to work and grab lunch. NICE STAFF! And, don't forget to try the cookies. They are yummy!
One of my favorite "fast" food places. The sandwiches really aren't that unique, but I find the bread tastes very good. Usually get through the line pretty quick, too. My only complaint would be that it isn't the cheapest place to eat a quick lunch, but I find it worth the price.
Why have I never been here before?! By far the BEST subs and I used to work at JJ’s! I will choose this over Panera any day! Couldn’t believe how much food we received for the price! The store was clean and the employees patient and gave recommendations when asked! We will be returning!
Have never had a bad experience at any Potbelly location. This one was no different, sandwich was delicious and the associates were friendly. I questioned an associate about some of the products, like the mustard and hot peppers, and he answered them and did not seem annoyed even though he was doing multiple things at once. Potbelly is one of the only places that I can say is consistent, affordable, and a good environment. Thanks.
This was my first time really inside Potbelly and I didn't understand the menu/ordering assembly line and felt kind of silly. There were a ton of people in line and I thought the only menu was the big chalkboard thing hanging up. Later I noticed soups and snacks were in different places and I definitely would have ordered the soup if I had known it was available. I got the grilled chicken Cobb salad and sadly all I could taste was the hard boiled egg. The egg to lettuce ratio was pretty 1:1. It was also kept so cold it tasted nearly frozen, so I felt like I was eating frozen eggs. It wasn't great. I tried a bite of my family's steak and cheese and Italian sandwiches and they were tastey. I chose wrong!
Amazing sub style sandwiches. Best I've ever had. Very unique interior design gives much to look around at while your eating. I will definitely be coming back
