Very friendly staff. The man that took my order answered my questions & was extremely knowledgeable about the menu & did a great job making recommendations as well as talking me into up sizing my meal with ease. Lol the dining room & ladies room were both very clean as well
My hubby tried the new Big Game burger today and said it was fantastic!! Arby’s simply has the best sandwiches of any fast food restaurant around! “YOU’VE GOT THE MEATS”! So happy we have this restaurant in our little town!

I visit this Arbys often, more than I probably should. But, one of the main reasons I return time and again, other than convenience after a long night at work, is the service I receive consistently from Shannon who is usually working at the drive-through window. She is phenomenal and always makes a friendly face feel welcome, despite the day it looks like they may have had! She is incredibly pleasant and accommodating and makes every trip worth it. I truly hope management realizes what an asset to the company Shannon is!

Fast service, Friendly staff which comes from Management showing that this place cares about their customer's. Clean and well maintained. The food is freash, hot and taste great. The seating area has a pleasant decor. Two TV's are always on but no sound which is fine for it's generally quiet and comfortable. You can enjoy your meal here in this open seating room. Ring the bell on the way out if you had a good experience.

Super friendly weekday night crew at the drive-through window. I stop by every night after work just before midnight to pick up a shake, and I'm always greeted with a wonderful greeting and a smile!

One day they get my order wrong had to sit inline twice and they don't even apologize. The next time I go they ask me to pull up and I sit and sit there finally I back up to the window and said I'm next. This time they apologize but it did not seem sincere at all. I like the food but it's very expensive the service does it stand up to the price of the food.
Good reasonably priced fast food especially. If you have a coupon. The Titusville location has the best service of any Arby's I have tried.
For fast food, Arby's is pretty good. This one has good, fresh food and the service is friendly. Its a bit of a pain to get in and out of, especially if there is a lot of traffic in the area. Still, for the location, it is one of the better fast food choices.
