Pizza Hut

The breadsticks were practically burnt, they smelled burnt too. A lady team member complained that the pizza burned and she had to remake it because we ordered it without cheese. So sorry that a family members allergy is an inconvenience to you! And the sauce included with the breadsticks looks SO watered down, and had no taste so I’m assuming they are diluting it! Inedible!

Pizza not warm and fresh, no warmth of box. Deliveries take to long from bake time to delivery.. Ingredients are good accept ham is cubed like salad ham not sliced thin like pepperoni, so hard when baked and sparse covering pizza. Pasta is good usually warm when arrived. I call them to remember beverages with each online order so they remember diet type and to not forget with order.

Well I would like to be able to order my food get it reasonably close to the expected delivery time not up to an hour later. Secondly it would be preferable if all the items I ordered arrived, I ordered pasta with some bread sticks. No bread sticks so I told the delivery driver and he shrugged and went "okay what do you want me to do about it?" Mind you last time I picked up something there they didnt grab the drinks and the MANAGER sighed with expaseration and pointed at his cooler and just went... okay... so i grabbed them and asked for a case and again a sigh of exasperation and then he threw it on the counter. This store only survives because of lack of competition they are a horrible horrible representation of the pizza hut brand.

Garbage order yet again. Not only can they usually not read the CAJUN infront of CAJUN FRIES. 8 times they have given my regular fries instead of cajun fries. And now get this, they added diced tomatoe to only one half when it very clearly states on the receipt that tomatoes go on both sides. They simply are not reading or do not know how.
