Mcdonald's

McDonald’s is definitely one of my guilty pleasures. This location is always hit or miss. Sometimes I get hot fresh meal. Sometimes the food taste like it’s been sitting there all day. Definitely depends on who’s running the place that day. I know finding good staff is hard so I don’t blame them for that.

McDonald’s is one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I usually love this location. But I can definitely see that it’s starting to struggle with staffing. Once again the ice cream machine was broken but we are used to that. The food was in grade and it was kind of cold. I’m hoping that this fast food places bounce back to their former glory.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I come here almost EVERYDAY !!!!! This lady was SO RUDE, yelling “ WHAT? WHAT DO YOU WANT? WHAT? “ .. no , I don’t know how people are outside of work, or what’s going on outside of work. But when you come to work, you need to leave everything else at home and do your job correctly. Will not be coming here ever again. She should be fired

The customer service at this location needs to improve immediately. The drive thru lines are always long and they consistently mess up orders. The “manager” Lilly is definitely in the wrong position. As a “manager” it should always be about 1st time resolution however it seems necessary to contact the owner, Mark Furr.

Great food service but cleanliness was not here.. Food on tables and floor.. Doesn't look like they cleaned recently or wiped down tables or swept. Visited on 5/15/22 this time the women's bathroom was disgusting . Toilet paper every where in one stall even hanging in and out the toilet. The other toilet looked like there was pee stains on the seat .. I get they get busy but these are important things that needs attending to

Pulled up at 6:30pm in a silver Volvo (in case a manager researches this) on July 2nd for ice creams for the family and was told the ice cream machine is down. Ice cream machine down is like the joke of the entire McDonald’s Brand. I grew up near a McDonald’s that always said the ice cream machine was down and it’s permanently closed now. Just give it to us straight and don’t offer ice cream if you can’t maintain the machines. We didn’t buy anything today because our whole purpose of the McDonald’s visit was ice cream.
