I had to ask for no salt on any of my food today. I ordered just what I needed. Very quickly when all the nearby places had huge lines, I knew I needed to get through there quickly, which I did. My lunch came hot without any salt. There were no mistakes. A quick hot lunch for about $6. Good service. Friendly and capable.

Sad they do not do mobile app at this location, I could not use my free hot dog and it went to waste. Last time I was here, 4 years ago, I got food poison from them with the burgers. Decided to try again since they had 99 cents Mozzarella sticks and I wanted to get tater tots. They were good. Not sure if I would try burgers again, but tots are good.

Pulled up to the speaker at the drive in and ordered. We then did a separate order. Waited a long while for our food. Someone brought it out, we told them a portion of it wasn't ours (but he had the bag that DID belong to us) instead of giving us our food, he took it back to the kitchen. We then waited longer. He finally came out & said we owed money, so we paid him. Then he asked for another .25 cents because we added a flavor to the Coke. Lol. Food was cold. Wasn't a great experience.

This specific location had poor customer service. I stood in line for 5 minutes without a greeting or being addressed. There were 2 women in the back talking and ignoring the line. I could understand if there were 10 people in line. I've had better experiences outside of this location and I still enjoy Sonic.

Just once I would like to get a burger that wasn't cooked 3 hours prior. The food is never fresh and I dont trust the kitchen to make a fresh one. If you're craving sonic, eat at a stand alone location.Not the mall.

Every time I come here for lunch my order takes at least 15 minutes. Very disorganized
ON top of that, my burger was FILLED with grease, under cooked and my tots were cold. DISGUSTING

This place used to be really great! Last time I ate they gave me a burnt hotdogs and told me all the hotdogs look like that and if I wanted another one it would take 14 minutes to cook. Unprofessional service over all.

Food is pretty good as always. For how many people they have working today service is a bit slow.
Also I know the location is tiny, but no malts, seriously?? The malts at Sonic are the main motivator for me to go to a Sonic.
Get malt powder!!
