My first visit was met with patient and understanding staff. My family and I enjoyed the MOD pizzas with all toppings chosen by three individuals, one of which does not eat cheese. Our experience revealed to us more options for toppings to think about in our next visit.
Quality experience at MOD Pizza! The staff kept piling ingredients on my wife's salad that rivaled her buffet sculptures. Our pizza had quality ingredients and was baked just right to a golden brown perfection. The staff was kind, courteous, timely and effective.
OMG I'm in LOVE with the pizza at MOD. I hadn't visited MOD in 2 years, so it was pleasant nostalgia. They've so satisfied my craving for pizza. I've found my new favorite pizza place! Good on them!
Edit: Mod contacted me to refund for the food I didn't get. Overall, great pizza but we've had some inconsistency in quality when ordering delivery. Just go in person and it'll be great. And definitely beware using the future scheduling in the app.
I ordered via their app and scheduled a time since it was a Friday night. When I arrived it was swamped. I told them I was there for an internet pickup. It wasn't ready—they don't seem to have planned the timing of scheduled orders at all. I waited as long as I could but after 20 minutes I had to leave. I understand being busy and if I'd been a walk-in order it's going to take as long as it takes. But why even offer the option to schedule a time if you can't manage to work that food into the queue when you should?
A reliably good place to get a freshly made custom pizza in very short order (super fast). The staff was friendly and helpful. Had I not been in a bit of a hurry, I would love to have hung out and chatted with them a while. Great location with plenty of parking around, and right outside, there are many places to sit and eat. I will love to hang out here and eat outside some time, but not tonight. It was about 28F when I got my pizza to go.
I've been back several times since my initial review and dined in one of those times. It has a pleasant upbeat atmosphere, and I am fond of their drink choices. In addition to the usual, they have several tea and punch choices, as well as several bottled non-alcohol beverage choices, e.g. Boylan's, San Pelligrino.
Long line that moved fast and I got to have my favorite pizza. With the pizza going straight into the box it was still plenty hot and fresh when we got home 15 mins away.
