The clerk doesn’t let me use my rewards points. What’s the point of a rewards program if the clerks skip right past the phone number entry?

Time and time again 7-11 has been there when I needed a quick soda or hot dog (sometimes both!) There has yet been a time for them to let me down and I hope that never happens. The cashiers are pretty much pros and are able to scan your items and process everything really quick so you’ll be on your way in no time. They really do out the convenience in convenience store. Sometimes I’ll purchase a pizza and within 5 minutes I’ll have a delicious hot pizza on my car seat ready to be eaten. The cashiers are really nice and are very welcoming too! Highly reccomend!

I have been going to this 7 11 for fourty years always friendly people , but for some reason the past two weeks they have changed all the help and they treat you like s--t. I have always used my debit card for all my purchases and now all of a sudden they want me to pay cash for any lotto purchases. A debit card is the same as paying cash. I have other places i can go where they accept the card so goodby neighborhood 7 11,,,,,,,,,..,,,,,,,,,,,
