The location was great, the servicer was attentive, the food was plentiful. We ordered two, 3 combination plate. Which cost $19.00 ea. The plates came hot and ready to eat. But it was so dry and over cooked, the beef inside was crunchy, tacos, taquitos, fauntos, rice, we kept asking for more salsa to moisten it up. When we finished with food on the plate and didn't want to take anything home. The cook should be made aware of it.

Reason for visiting: Happy hour Date/time of visit: Thursday, May 16, 2019 ~5:30 PM Parking: in the lot next to restaurant, free Party size: 8 Environment/ambience: environment was fun. Mixed crowd, older and younger and all races. TVs everywhere so it's a good place to catch a game; there wasn't sound on when we were outside. It wasn't too crowded. Bathroom was clean. We sat outside so they had heat lamps on. They also set up TVs outside as well. Service: good service. She came around to check on us. They also flipped the channel on the TV so we can catch the game. Food: had a few appetizers. The Flautas were good. Pork sliders were good. Strawberry margaritas were good, not too sweet. Chips and salsa we're ok. They have some pretty spicy salsa, which was great; most places' spicy salsa isn't really spicy. Cost: not expensive. Drinks off happy hour so it wasn't too expensive. Food wasn't all off happy hour. Less than $20/person, including tip.

oh my, this was my first time there and I fell in love with the place mostly because of the beautiful amazing workers. I took a senior there to have lunch(their food is delicious) and every employee was nothing but extremelly helpful, compassionate, and kind asissting her. I recommend this venue to all seniors, to everybody in general to spend time at Cisco, enjoy their excellent food, and their beyond excellent treatment to the customers. Kudos to this place but most importantly, kudos to the workers 💜💜💜💜💜

My wife and I were in thousand oaks because was had to go to the DMV but once we got into the parking lot we saw there were a plentiful amount of people were going towards a Mexican restaurant. Cisco's had a great outdoor seating and we saw everyone having a great time so I told my wife let's give it a shot. we were both so happy we did as a matter of fact even though we don't live in thousand oaks we are planning to drive out of our way just to come and eat here. We went there for happy hour and I had some of the best appetizers I've had at a Mexican restaurant. my wife and I both got a Mexican pizza and my oh my it was quite delicious it had a great sauce and a crispiness. I had ordered steak tacos which I thought were delicious. They didn't have that carne asada taste but still it was very good. The salsa that came along with it was perfect as well. *Hint* ask for the spicy salsa if you like spicy food they do spicy salsa right!

I'm a disabled Marine Corps veteran who was turned away from your establishment today. I was looking forward to a meal that didn't come from the food bank for once; instead, I was rudely told that despite all the other forms of military identification I had with me (uniforms, discharge paperwork, etc) "No ID, No Food." If you're going to offer a free meal for vets, it's poor veterans who you should give a damn about, unless this is all just tickertape patriotism that fades in the breeze. I'll be letting my friends know about my experience.

They totally keep the distance. I was impressed by that. They had good food , good atmosphere and I felt safe, staff was kind. And I dont usually feel safe to go out. Took a chance and was good outcome.

This place has been long on my list to visit. They literally blew the socks off, right from the chips/salsa for the table to the margarita with the salt rim (they have a full bar so can make any drink that you fancy!). When I thought that's the best they can pull off and everything else will be a good standard fare, they took it a notch or two or three, with the Fish Tacos & the Camarones Antonio....the freshness, quality & flavor were impeccable. An innovative dish like Antonio that had a Jumbo Shrimp stuffed with Crab meat on a sizzling bed of onions & peppers were outstandingly delicious. Just when I thought of taking a bow, in came the Churros with the 3 house made sauces. I don't even know why I have been driving 25-30 minutes to have good churros when it is my own town! Thanks @Cisco for that revelation!! Check out the photos! They don't do justice to what we ate.
