Just went to this Taco Bell and want to say how nice and professional and hard working all the staff was at this site tonight around 9:30pm. They were very busy inside and drive thru . They all kept smiles on their face and helped everyone. This night shift at this location need to be praised for their work ethic !

I went to this Taco Bell last night. My friends and I had a separate order. For the first order, they got 2 Mexican pizzas with completely unmelted cheese so they asked if they could take it back and get it melted. They Rudely took it back. I then got my food and we drove away. Once we got home 2 of the tacos for my order were crushed at the bottom of the bag with no paper around it. My power bowl also had no quac and no beans. If I could give one star I would.

So I eat here every once in awhile and never had my meal look the way it did today. I get the same thing every time I order and My chicken quesadilla Was not even cut it was thrown together and microwaved The cheese wasn't even melted It looks so disgusting Like if you guys are in a hurry like that you guys need to start slowing down

Over 30 minutes waiting for food. Still order was wrong. This location needs an overhaul or Taco Bell needs to come in and close store. While waiting 2 UBER Eats drivers canceled their pick up. Do not order UBER here those drivers said last time for here. Trust me go elsewhere unless you order your dinner during lunch.

Its undestandable that everyone is short staffed but to be seen by staff and flatly ignored is not acceptable. A simple we will be right with you would go a long way. Food quality has diminished and they never have hot sauce. Did not get drinks on the order at all and had to wait several minutes to get cups. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I placed an order via the app on 1/22/22. I arrived to pick up my order only to find they were closed without explanation. I was charged for my order but never received my food. I’ve contacted Taco Bell via the 800 number twice for a refund and have yet to receive a refund or resolution. I experience some kind of issue anytime I visit this location. Order is always wrong or missing an item, service is extremely slow at any time of day. I would expect management or the franchisee to correct but doesn’t seem like they care. I would not recommend doing business at this location.

You can not get someone to take your order ever. The kiosk is your only way to get food. I ordered two bean burritos to go , when I sat down to eat one of the burritos was a new and freshly made. The other was god only knows how old. It had a crusty hard tortilla, like it was sitting under a heat lamp to keep it warm from mistake in a previous order.
