Worst Pizza in Denver. I used to enjoy them but not any longer. I am infuriated I paid so much for a raw pizza that just fell apart. We tried cooking it to make it better. I don’t wait to even mention the cinoknots that were like rocks. I’m beyond angry and will never order from them again.

Incinerated. The burnt smell when I opened the box lid was overwhelming. When I called to tell them they'd delivered an inedible pizza, I was told several times they used a conveyor system and it wasn't possible. I told them I didn't care how they cooked their pizza, they gave me an expensive pizza that 5 of us agreed was inedible. The manager told me, "That's your opinion." I'm not kidding, his exact words. MY MONEY, MY FOOD - MY OPINION IS THE ONE THAT MATTERS!

They have always had the worst delivery and customer service of any restaurant we have done business with but, this was the most horrible experiences/food we have ever had. We ordered a pizza that was promised at 5:07 PM. It arrived a little after 7:00 PM. Needless to say it was as hard as a rock, not to mention burnt with the top of the pizza being stuck to the lid of the box. Called at 6:00 PM to check on order and was told it was out for delivery (we live ~3 miles from The Garlic Knot). The delivery person called before 7 asking (in a very rude tone) if we actually lived in the area (umm, GPS and we have ordered from them before). Finally, received our pizza 2 hours after promised time. The delivery person just dropped it on the porch and took off. He must have parked down the street because he and his car were no where in site. I called the restaurant to let them know the condition of the pizza and never got an apology. Just a "don't bother us attitude". When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was the person out doing the deliveries. Don't know if that is true or not but that type of manager definitely needs some training! We are reasonable customers that tip generously and understand things happen and people have bad days. But speaking to customers with an irritated tone and not even apologizing is definitely not good business especially when said business is in the wrong.

I ordered a Grandma JR. with pepperoni and 5 garlic knots. The cook made the pizza incorrectly. Instead of an 8 slice pizza they made two small 4 sliced pizzas. That wouldn’t matter if they weren’t created so poorly. The photo speaks for itself. As for the garlic knots, they were cold and stale. Clearly they weren’t made to order. All around poor quality. I will never eat here again.

The pizza and garlic knots here are out of this world. Sooo delicious. And the service here is also great. Everyone that I came into contact with here had a great attitude and a smile on their face which only adds to the experience. I will reccomend the garlic knot to every person I know. My only regret about going to this place is not buying a second pizza to take home with me. I would give it more stars if I could.
Today was by far the worst experience I've had at the garlic knot. It took 25 minutes just for the girl to get my order. She left before I could order a drink. I never got my garlic knots. My pizza was under cooked. She said that they were out of plates and brought bowls instead. And hasn't been back to the table to ask how anything is. I had to flag down a worker that was on their way out the door just to get my pizza cooked more. I bring my daughter here almost every Friday because this is or was our favorite pizza spot, at least until now.

Ordered pizza from home at 4:30. Delivery was supposed to be no later than 5:30. Received a text stating they are busy and the deliver was pushed out to 5:55 at the latest. At 6:15 I called the restaurant. The worker told me that they are really busy. I asked if my pizza order was in and was it ready. After putting me on hold, he informed me that it was out of the oven 10 minutes ago, but the delivery driver was still out delivering and my food would go out when he got back. He had no idea when that would be. He never apologized just stated that they are busy and it could be up to 2 hours. I told him about the text I received, he told me they have no control over that. I started to complain about this and he put me on hold. The manager picked up...again no apology, just said they are busy and it would be 2 hours. I informed him that it has already been almost 2 hours. He bluntly said "do you want to cancel?" I was irritated and told him this was unacceptable, he said "I don't know who you think you are talking to" I stated I thought I was speaking to the manager. He asked what could he do, I stated that something free would be appropriate, he said he is not authorized to do that. He did not seem to care about my concerns, I told him to cancel the order, and he said ok - I told him I would not be buying from them again and he said "I don't care" He ended up hanging up on me. I get that all businesses are struggling with the labor shortage (brought on by Liberal Policies) But the discourteous attitude of a Manager is inexcusable. The corporate leaders should find better ways to support the local store/restaurant workers. Maybe if they can't handle the orders, they should stop taking them until they are caught up. Also some coaching or your "managers" would be good. I won't go back to this restaurant. There are other options.

Customer service wasn't good was told we don't have change needed to have exact amount she said i needed to go to king soopers for change she asked if I had a credit yes but I didn't have enough in my account let her know that I didn't we can charge your card let her know again that there isn't enough in the account to pay for the meals.
I ordered the all meat pizza the meat was burnt and crumbly. Ordered the spaghetti was told it was good but the meatballs had no flavor the knots had no garlic.
