Burger King

Some fries were hot others cold, the chicken fries were cold and tough/chewy. Mostly seemed the food was old and they tried re-heating it. Normally never have we ever had any problems with Thomaston's Burger King so I'll give 4 of 5stars rating since they've always been pretty excellent and consistently so as well, also they were short staffed that afternoon so I won't hold that against them either other than that would've been 5 stars rated. Updated: decided that one incident, in my humble opinion, shouldn't reduce my choice of rating and after a few return visits which were on point they earned those 5 stars.

This place has some of the worst customer service ever. Went there today and they tried give me what they wanted me to have as my order instead of what I wanted. If you are selling single, doubles and triples you need have them listed with prices or ask the customer which would they like to have. You do not just give them one or the other. Then on top of that it was not good. Will be awhile before I think about going back. But I have only high praise for the manager that handled the situation.
