Mcdonald's

Had the air land and sea, which I don't regret it truly was amazing so good, loved the environment that the amazing staff was giving back total respectful and professional. They all deserve a pay raise. The best service in a long time from McDonald's sorry not best most outstanding service. The McDonald's located directly in front of Pilot and waffle House in Theodore Alabama.

When placing the order, we ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE. After the order was paid for, we got the bag and no sauce! Finally, got the guy's attention to get the sauce and he CHARGED ME 27¢ for each packet of sauce (2). I would not have been peeved, had the girl taking the order TOLD ME THE COST!!

Over a 10 minute wait in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. The lady in front of me waited patiently for 5 minutes at the speaker before asking if she could order. The manager rudely said there are only 4 people working wait a minute she drive off without ordering. After all that I asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces at the food pick up window for one of my many combos I had ordered and was RUDELY told that would be 27 cents a sauce. I paid 65 cents and received no change.

This McDonalds is the worst one in Mobile. It always takes forever in line, food is rarely warm, and their service all around SUCKS! I decided to pull in on my way home this afternoon out of convenience. The menu screen was not working. So I asked if she could get it up. I sat and waited for about 5-10 minutes. Finally I just went online and ordered. Then I pulled up to her window. I asked about the menu and she said we have no control over that. I fully understand but couldnt you just have said that to begin with?!? Not a very friendly associate. Terrible customer service. I gave it a 3 because I like McDonald’s food in general. I haven’t had a good experience in that store since the gas station was attached. KS#13 7:10pm

This place was extremely rough. And I'm not just talking about the construction they're doing in the building. The vibe and the staff. Gave me a not welcome feeling. We had several people with us. One of them got their cheeseburger we got on the road because we are traveling only to find that their burger didn't even have meat in it.

If you googled “bad service” a picture of this location would show up. I tried to run out as soon as I walked in but the floor was so sticky I was trapped - like a mouse in a glue trap. Once I ordered I was shown some hope because the young gentleman behind the counter was incredibly kind… but quickly after ordering my hope was gone, just like wishing on a dandelion. My BigMac looked like it survived an experiment… like McDonalds was trying to see how bad they could make a burger. If you’re traveling and thinking about stopping here, instead of stopping here - get a blow out and sit on the side of the interstate for 4 hours, you’ll have more fun.
