Lively place in the Villages that is very popular. We had a large table of 14 people, had drinks and dinner, and stayed 4 hours. The food was very good, people were pleased. Part of the meal included a small but nice salad bar, if you chose that as a side. We had 2 servers that took good care of us. After the meal, we listened to the live band and did some dancing. They have a large and busy bar there as well. We all had a good time
There are some poor reviews, but I went with an open mind. So should you.
Atmosphere....great
Food...great
Staff..could be a bit more attentive, however, this is a management problem, too few servers per table.
Entertainment...very fun
Pricing..$$ 60 for 2
Took my fiance for birthday, she had a blast!
Drawback, minor, only appetizer not a shell fish was soup, need a better selection.
I have been to most of the restaurants in the Villages, by far, the best value for your money. Not rushed, fun, clean.
I really enjoyed Dueling Pianos. 2 thumbs up!
Very nice experience. Our waiter, Benjamin, was perhaps the best waiter that we experienced since visiting The Villages. Various restaurant personnel stopped by our table to see if we needed anything. The Menu was adequate and recommend you select the salad bar as your option. We were there on a Friday evening so we had the opportunity to be entertained by the Singing Servers.
We enjoy the Donna and Dunning dinner show on Monday nights. We've attended many times and always bring our visitors for a fun night out. We find the food to be good and the service is excellent. I gave this 4 stars only because getting into Katie Belle's for the dinner show is annoying. The poor woman that checks your ticket for your seating timesheets at least another person. The line outside is long. Not everyone has the same dinner seating time but no matter you end up in a long line. If you have the 7:15 seating you can be at the back of the line and people in line get irritated if you try to move pass the 7:30 or 7:4/ seating time. Very annoying.
Very old school restaurant, food was ok, nothing spectacular but very good. The servers are awesome and very friendly, treat them right and they make sure your drink is never empty. A staple at The Villages, most come dressed to the nines and ready to dance the night away during Dueling Pianos (which is always fun). Prices are very reasonable, so it's perfect for a fun, but dressy evening out!
Nice place. Was here last month had a great time. Food good, music good and service from Amanda was great. Next time we sat at the bar. Whoever that barmaid was she was hostile to everyone. I know the gentleman next to us will never go back. I wish I could remember her name. I know controlling the bar is her job BUT she needs people skills. I will avoid her!!!
