Knockouts

Went there today around 240-ish. Took about 10 minutes before being seen. Wanted to start with a water with lime and lemon. Waited another 30 minutes. Same waitress kept walking by a and never looked back. Sad is I told two other waitresses stopped to see if anyone was waiting on me and I said yes. This was before I waited forever. I waited until 330 and just walked out having been served NOTHING. Wow. I will never go again and I will always recommend to not go there.

Here is a real review from a patron that looks above a girls neck to make judgement on the establishment. Service is trash. If you aren’t a regular or a friend of your server, you will most likely be ignored (see pic of example). I came in at 4:15 on a Thursday afternoon. My server dropped off cold queso, never came back to check on me. I watched her talking to another customer for 15 min. Finally I had to flag down another server to get the queso warmed up. The queso has a slight kick to it (I’m a wimp for spicy). I was almost out of beer when I asked my server for another. It took her 13 min to bring it to me. They weren’t busy; again it but into her social time to be a decent server. My beer sat at the end of the bar for so long the foam went away…what does she do? She takes a straw and slushes it around the need to reignite the foam. What she doesn’t realize is she just made my beer flat. They weren’t even busy to justify such horrible service. So either go frequently enough to become one of their regulars, or don’t go. Plenty of other establishments like this one to go to. Management is nowhere to be seen here. Saw bartenders taking shots (which is against TABC). So I’ll be reporting this place to TABC

This is a common bar and grill with average prices. The beer was good but alcohol felt watered down. Our server, Gabbie, was very hospitable and professional. She delivered excellent customer service. I will come back again when I feel the need to relax with friends over a burger or wings. Has plenty of tvs to view sports. Nice for friends to hang together. Easy to spot from street view. ENJOY!

Went there for the UFC 276 fight on July 2nd, arrived at 9PM, the front door guy wanted to charge me $20, so I went to the Knockout Sports Bar in Lewisville, arrived at 915, they charged me $5. Which makes me want to spend more money there, and come back with more people. The Lewisville location has more parking spaces, and the setup is a lot better. They have open pool tables during the UFC fights, while the Colony location closes their pool table. I bet the guy at The Colony location was over charging folks to pocket some of the cash, you can tell.
