Subway

I go this Subway all the time, and am very happy with the service. From last few months, it seems like the service as well as Customer service had been worsening. I went to the store at 2033 hours to get food for my family. As there were other customers in there, I waited outside in my vehicle so I would not over crowd the location during COVID-19 situation. I was looking on my phone for menu while waiting and noticed that last of the customers came out by 2040 hours, I got out of my car to order some food and front door was locked. I went back in the car, found the phone number and called them, I saw one of the employee (male) went to where the phone is located, picked up the phone and hung it back on receiver. And not a second later I heard my phone disconnected. I called them multiple times and neither one of the employees picked up the phone. I finally left that Location and went to other location to get food for may family. I hope someone from Corporate does see this and take some action. No wonder why Subway sales are going down while other Sub places are busier.

I just have to rave about the woman working at subway this past Sunday. She was by herself and had a long line of customers. She was kind and handled it all with a smile. We could all see that she was doing her best and kept an amazing attitude and honestly I think that’s what kept us all happy to wait. I wish the best for her, great employee!

Great Subway. I've been going there for lunch a lot since I've been building Jurassic World Exhibition there 7 days a week. They have the best S'mores cookies of any Subway I've eaten at yet. They just cook them so perfectly that I stopped in to get a few for the drive home at least a few times this last week. Everyone is friendly there, and they make the sandwiches/wraps quickly. Definitely the best store of the 3 in the immediate area. One is in Walmart and had no cookies at all, and the one in the gas station was empty & desolate like it had closed for business in the middle of a shift and no one noticed. As a former Subway Sandwich Artist, I expect the best. They were good at customer service but they were out of some bread, they had no marinara sauce, didn't toast the sandwich long enough, and was kinda rude about the coupon bc they had no fountain drinks. The cookies were crunchy, which they warned us but still.

Some days it’s hit or miss but there is a certain employee that must really hate her job. Every time we go in there and she is there the service is terrible and unprofessional. Also every time she makes our food it’s just thrown together. She also is always super rude and has absolutely no patients. Rolling her eyes and rushing you through the line. As a business owner myself, I wouldn’t want someone like that helping my customers. The other fact is customers can always decide to go to another location with better customer service. However most of your employees do a great job.
