I am never disappointed with this location! I eat at the one in Aurora Colorado as I am addicted to their jalapeno fry sauce. Everyone in this location is friendly and helpful. The food is always made fresh so expect a tad bit of a wait. This said, my grandma who never eats anywhere new is so in love with this burger place. She tells me that it reminds her of the burgers she use to get when she ways a kid and she goes gaga over the shoestring fries! Keep up the great work!!

Great burgers and awesome skinny crispy fries. Milk shakes were really delicious too. The downside was the mess and unsanitary vision when you enter it. No clean tables at all. Trash all over the floor. I literally had to ask for cleaning supplies. When I went to the cooking counter, there were fries all over the floor near the fryer. The manager, I assume, just kicked them under the freezer, got more to dump in the fryer, chatting with me the whole time, then informed me how bad turnover was. I told her the tables were dirty and she LAUGHED, claiming that it wasn't a priority when they were short staffed. "When they have time, they'll do it then." I saw on another counter that our shakes (at least I hope they were) because we weren't notified they were ready. Then the manager asked the girl making the shakes if she could clean a few tables . The restaurant had, oh, maybe 8 people using 2 tables. She swiped a rag over it, no cleaner and moved to another. Then moved back behind the counter, doing nothing. Another group came in, looked around and turned right back out. The looks on their faces said it all. What bothered me though was the absolute disregard for all the issues and the kicking of fries under appliances in front of me, a customer, who first visit was that day. If you want to allow customers to watch you cook, perhaps install a wall. My teenage son said, "the food was good but let's not ever come here again, ok? It's really gross".

I went there when it opened and it was clean, good food, etc. I went there last Monday, and the restroom was dirty but .a y fast food places are like that. Then I went to order food. Oh my gosh, the dispensers to give ice cream looked like they have never been cleaned. The mustard and ketchup dispensers were horrible. General cooking areas were awful. They had 4 people there working but they need to be cleaning especially after the lunch crowd. They would appear as needed. Won't return, and I haven't reviewed the Colony restaurant regs but I am not sure they would rate you positively.
