Starbucks

I love Starbucks, so everything was perfect. I would of gave 5 stars but an employee was touching her face, scratching her head, pulling her hair back and she had no gloves on, didn't wash her hands and making customers drinks while she was doing this. Other than that it was ok. Just think people should be more cautious, especially with what's going on in the world.

I asked to put pumpkin in my drink, and the nice lady at the front, who I’m guessing is very new, asked if I had said mocha, and I said no pumpkin, then continued to write down mocha on my drink, so it was made wrong, but I wasn’t in a rush, so I just asked for them to remake it. The lady I asked to remake it remade it, but before I even left after receiving my drink, she started to complain about how my drink “isn’t even good.” I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I feel like it is a lot more professional to complain after the customer is gone, not when they’re still there. I really hope the next time I visit things are better!
