Mcdonald's

This is the closest McDonald's to my house but I often avoid it because it is either understaffed and very slow (one day the lobby was just closed and locked because they didn't have enough staff) or the way the drive through works is very irritating. It's a two lane system that makes it almost impossible to be served in order of arrival if they are busy. The one and only bright spot is the wonderful lady who usually takes my money at the first window named Charsity (apologies if I didn't get the spelling correct). She is always amazing and so nice and professional and effecient while still managing to chat and brighten your day. Much love to her and I hope all the employees can take after her lead.

Asked for my food ro be fresh it was not. The manager was very unprofessional. I did drive thru n had to get out to take food back n stand n wait in my food to be cooked fresh like I had asked for it to be in the first place. All I heard was the cooks mouthing about cooking it fresh. Very unprofessional n unpleasant place.

Idk what it is about McD's anymore- but I have pretty much quit eating any other meal except egg mcmuffins (just the sandwich) - & coffee- but the other day I got an egg mcmuffin meal -thru the drive thru- it was horrible- both sides of the English muffin were hard- and all lopsided- so I tried to reposition the contents between the bread- and noticed a green hue- to the egg- so I threw it away- I went to tale a bite of the hash brown- which BTW are never brown or even really cooked- & it was cold- but it completely fell apart-(】which usually means old) and then there was a black curly hair stuck in the fold of the wrapper! Ugh- I might as well just drive thru & hand over $11- no I didn't drink the coffee either- I had my own sugar (since they neglected to give me some) when I removed the lid I noticed that oily film (like a gathering of carcinogenics looks like floating in liquid) so it was a complete waste of time & money- I was still hungry - I DO Not recommend ANY McD's nowadays- usually I can fins Something positive to focus on- like friendly employees Something- but even they were questionable- curt w/no customer service skill or desire.

Employees left the guy that stole my adult things just like childhood things is not their boss and he will not take this one saying we can't pay what we were told to the girls account just like his fake mom my sister the Cole head he use to bleep off to he is wacky is an understatement four are twins the one NOW in charge claims the twin that looks less like the other three great sweet tea lots of innocent girls maybe boys
