Look, for fast food you should never have high expectations. Employees are under high stress and underpaid. That being said the employees here are so nice especially given what they can be put through. I hope they know they made my day that much better just by the smile on their faces and the positive attitude.

I ordered a large fry and a large coke on the app using the deal for a free large fry with purchase. The app showed that I was being charged 1.08. I was actually charged 4.75. This would have been the amount of the charge without the discount. I pointed this out to the store manager who told me that there was nothing they could do since I ordered through the app. I asked what I needed to do to correct the charge and she replied "I don't know. We don't have anything to do with the app." The employee working the drive thru window looked at me and said "So do you want this or not. You're holding up our line." I order on the app almost daily and have never had this happen before. Being overcharged is bad enough, but the fact that the employees were rude on top of it made a bad experience worse.

Had to come here after saint Michael's drive location couldn't get there diet coke syrup changed out. Ordered two large diet cokes here and the lady giving me a drink asked if we had the dr peppers and I told her no. she looked up at the screen and said "yea, diet coke. Here you go" and as soon as I took the lid off mine to test before driving off she got an attitude and when I told her no these where dr peppers she got mad at us. Me and my grandmother getting attitude because ya'll messed up a drink order. How sad is that? As I stated in my email to corporate, the Texarkana locations are past due for corporate intervention.

I drove in from out of town on a Friday and needed breakfast, so naturally I stopped at The McDonalds drive-thru. It was 10:38am and I was told breakfast had already ended—breakfast shouldn’t be done until 11:00/11:30, depending on the day. I can’t stand to eat anything else on McDonald’s menu aside from breakfast, so McDonalds has lost a lot of business by limiting the time they serve breakfast. But it was frustrating how they still should have been serving breakfast but declined my order.
