Sonic Drive-in

In my line of work I see restaurants inside and out, at their best and at their worst. Among the there things, I service many of the Sonics across North Louisiana, Southern Arkansas, and Deep East Texas. I want today that this location is far and away the cleanest and best of those I have visited. Not intending to slight the others, just that this one stands a head higher and the effort shows. Strong management, a motivated crew, and regular policy evenly applied really will take a place to the top! Sonic is one of my favorite places to eat and I am glad I had a chance to single this one out for high praise. Keep up the good work!

I am giving 5 stars because I am one of the lucky few. The few I speak o those who preferr to pay in cash. The offers I redeemed were in App only having to pay with debit credit or gift card. Not everyone has a piece of plastic. What about those that do not carry a card. It's unfair that they came get the same deal available to a card carrying person. And plus doesn't it cost for every credit card or debit charge made?! I mean everyone trying to cut costs... Well there's your sign🛑🚸🛑🚸🛑🚸🛑🚸🛑🚸🛑🚸

Bought two slushes...both were very melted & not very "slushy" plus they both tasted very watered down, like they had added extra water to the flavoring to make it go farther (my strawberry slush wasn't very sweet & very little strawberry flavor, even tho there were quite a few chunks in the bottom at the end). Wouldn't recommend.

I placed an order on Saturday & wanted to substitute the tots for fries with the meal I ordered. But instead was billed for an extra fry with the meal. The amount was $9.94. I instantly had the carhop to correct it before the food was brought out. The total was then $7.46. When the carhop brought my food the receipt on the bag stated $7.46. I then handed her my debit card to pay. When she came back out with the receipt they had still charged me the $9.94. I let her know they had still charged me the wrong amount. She then went back inside to get the manager on duty. I explained everything to her and she stated she would have to go back in and refund the charge and then charge me the correct amount. She went in for a few seconds and came back and said never mind ma'am we'll take care of it. I said are you sure and she said yes. Well on Monday when I checked my checking account I was still charged the $9.94. I waited until today just to see if anything would be corrected in my account but it wasn't. I then called and was told I would need to come back there & speak to the manager Jason. I explained the story and he refunded me the difference. If the other manager had done what she was supposed to do in the first place and wasting my time to come back there all this could have been avoided. It wasn't the money it was the principal of it all.
