I know it's a busy dinner shift but a heavy set woman was just straight up nasty to one of the customers. I so very badly wanted to speak up to defend him because he literally did nothing wrong.
The interaction went like this.
1) Some dude in a green sweater orders something from the kiosk. The printer didn't work so he didn't get a number.
2) Upon realizing this, he politely mentions it and requests to know the contents of a bag. Heavy set woman very curtly lists the contents and when the guy responds a calm, "No" she snarks back, "then it's not your bag." I am not sure if she was aware right away of how rude that sounded.
3) Green sweater guy doesn't seem to pay mind to it. But then the next bag comes out. She lists off the contents again and it's somebody else's bag. Again no big deal. Maybe I missed something but green sweater dude seemed to want to know what his order was so he could know the number himself. I think what he wanted was to figure out which order number corresponded to his. However, the heavy set woman then started flipping out, "I said what's in the bag!"
4) Now it is becoming plainly clear that heavy set woman is just being rude as hell. Even the green sweater dude defends himself at this point. "Can't you be a little nicer to the customers?" Or something like that. He is understandably upset.
5) Heavy set woman looks him dead in the eye and sneers, "I work at McDonald's" implying why should she give a f.
Look I get that you hate your job but save the attitude for customers who are ACTUALLY being rude. The green sweater dude did absolutely nothing wrong.
I was extremely tempted to speak up but I am in uniform for my own job and I cannot risk drawing attention to myself... I at least said to green sweater dude a word of solidarity. He probably already paid for his food. If it were me I would have demanded a refund and left.

Understaffed but friendly service. The manager was helpful and fixed our small instead of large soda issue. We wish her well and were impressed with her dedication and ability to stay friendly.

My wife and I both ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, hers had enough lettuce for three sandwiches mine didn't have any. Plus the service was slow, and the counter clerk could barely speak English. Not a great experience.

The woman at the window was so friendly! She even offered our dog a cup of whipped cream! At McD's! Our dog was quite happy with that.

Ordered take-out at the counter. Didn't check the order before leaving and when I got to the car, realized both my husband and I got two different sandwiches. We were on a long drive so just ate it and drove on.

This morning Friday at 6:25am my wife and i attempted to order breakfast items thru the drive thru service. We pulled up,,,the store lights were on, and waited for someone to acknowledge us, and take our order.
NOTHING!!, no one addressed us...we waited 6 minutes,,,by now there were 3 cars behind us.
We finally drove around to the second window,,the cars behind us passing us to leave.
There was a woman, employee inside. My wife looked directly at her, and she just turned her back....this individual working the morning shift at McDonald's Tewksbury needs to be FIRED!

Arrive 5:50am ish. Waiting in the parking lot. Pulled in drive thru at 5:55am ish. 6am nothing, 6:02 car flies around the corner and parks. It’s a McDonald’s worker. 6:05 I hear hello? I said hello she said we are not open yet. 20 minutes our system is down? I said what? Broken English and I wanted to make sure I heard her right. She said system is down we are not ready. I said are you not ready because you are supposed to be ready and open at 6am not just getting here at 6:02 and try to be ready for 6am? Silence! Where the hell is Edwin? Drive thru is always running nice on a workday morning when he is there! And opens on time! SMH! Worst workers ever! The owner of this location first needs to provide English as a second language course AND proper opening and closing. Prompt, on time wins customers every time!

I go through a McD drive thru almost every day. At your business I rarely get my correct change. They just stand there waiting for me to indicate I would like the rest of it. I rarely get the diet coke I ask for because they are talking in Spanish to each other as though I was a disruption in their social hour. Either they don't understand "diet coke" or they give me whatever is in the nearest faucet to them. The drive thru is ALWAYS a long wait no matter what time you go through. Today I was there at 3pm. They don't seem to care if they do a good job. They don't hustle to please the customer. It is a mess. I won't be back, but clearly no one will care anyway.
