Wendy's

We went through the drive-thru. The line was not long at all, and the service was pretty quick! We order for my Husband, Mother in-law, and myself. The employee was very clear when speaking and also very understanding when spoken to. He seem to be in a great mood and happy to serve us. He was patient and kind and also very professional! The food was hot, tasted great and handed to us in a quick matter of time. I would definitely recommend this Wendy's to family and friends, as I would definitely return! Also to note the outside area was picked up and quite clean. And from the looks from the outside in, it looked clean and well maintained! We all were satisfied as everyone we ordered was available, hot, on point, and reasonably priced! Thank you for the great service!

Very odd. I placed an order and they never told me the total. I assumed it was less than $20 and handed her a $20 bill. She gave me a dirty look and threw my food to me. There was guy there. He wanted to know why I was still there. I said. How much was my order? I didn't get any change and I assume it wasn't $20 even. He said it came up to $20.31. I said i had no idea. Noone gave me a total or said anything to me. I gave another dollar. My advice... If you hate your job and don't want to say hi or bye, then at a minimum, give people the price.. Terrible communication skills.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to I tour all around America and I go to all different kinds of fast food but the levee of disrespect the workers have here are outrages it’s just horrible. I waited for my food for 16 minutes when there was only 2 people in-front of me. This place is definitely gonna get shut down soon

Say if you guys are going to close… Could you shut the lights off and shut off the menu so people aren’t waiting there? There is literally a line of five cars. There’s also a huge sign that says eat great even late we’re open late… It’s 849. I don’t really know if that qualifies as being late. There’s a McDonald’s right down the road.

Poor customer service and no customer courtesy, I was inside the restaurant and young lady asked me to go inside my car and order my food through drive through and I was very disappointed and felt embarrassed. Telling me that they're short of staffs. What awful way to talk to customer. I will never go there again.
