Went to churches after working we ordered 8 piece mixed due to my husband only likes the breast but they said it would be a 8 min wait so we waited! She rang us up as a 10 piece dark with a side of potatoes and charged us almost $22 when they came to the window to give us order my husband asked again because of the receipt and the Spanish man said yea it’s right all right you got white meat breast … we got 8 piece 4 thighs 2 legs and 2 wings and pretty much told us to leave! I would not care but they were rude …. If we would of wanted all dark meat we would of ordered the 10 piece special but that’s ok! I guess they did not care to have our business.

I consider Churches an "old faithful". I've been eating there for years. Its not the best chicken around. But its reasonably priced and i always knów what im getting. Today it was 10 pieces for $10. Not bad.

Horrible wIt time in drive through, way to long to order the food, don't know if it's equipment or employee but took them 10 min for a two dinner order. We get to window and they only had one dried out breast waited another 10 min and by then our sides were cold and they would not exchange. Employees Rude

Poor service. Drive thru operator is in desperate need of customer service training. I told her my drink doesn’t taste like a DrPepper, and she just looked at me without a care in the world. I prefer to get what I paid for when I visit restaurants, and not what they want me to have. 🙄

Fresh food, tenders were cooked to order. Fries were crisp. Drive thru attendant was nice and pleasant. Enjoyed the visit.

Found bug fried into the breading on my chicken. Got my order wrong two times before that and refused to give refund or fix the issue. Will never come here again. Reported to health department. If i become sick, I will be suing as I have both pictures and videos of not 1 but 2 pieces of chicken with a big fried into the breading

I love churches. I use to be an assistant manager. The chicken I had at this store had a funny taste, also not breaded right. The older Latin female was picking her nose while the other chick was filling the coleslaw cups. You make up your own mind, but I won't be back.

I ordered two chicken tenders and butterfly shrimp with mashed potatoes instead of French fries and 2 cole slaws. I received one instead of two potatoes and coleslaw. Very disappointed as I paid for the 2 full meals.
