Whataburger

Unacceptable service! I was told the wait was going to be 10 minutes upon making my order. To be honest I knew probably take slightly longer than that. I was okay because in my head my food is going to be hot and fresh worth the wait. I waited a little over 30 minutes with several vehicles getting out of line. I'm thinking that's wrong because they're making these orders and will have to trash it. Man, I wish I would've followed the leader and left too. Once I got to the window I let them know the orders in front of mine both vehicles left. Then I asked the lady, I hope my food is fresh after waiting so patiently long. She said yes it's fresh. My entire food was cold and nasty to the point everything went to garbage. I tried to microwave but still nasty. Never again!I spent almost 25.00 for some food that I didn't eat

I'm giving this location 3 stars oy because the manager fixed our order. My wife ordered online while I was at Chipotle down the street picking up my food. When we got there we entered and my wife went to the counter and told the person that she was picking up an order. The person told her it was not ready and that they would bring the order to our table, so we sat down. I began to eat my Chipotle while we waited on her and my daughter burger. About 10 minutes go by and I tell her to go check again and when she did they gave her the order but all the food was cold. Burgers were cold,fries were cold and chicken strips were cold. So she asks to speak with the manager and the manager has them make the order again. If it wasn't for the manager taking care of my wife they would only get 1 star instead of 3 stars. The only good spots in Terrell that give good service is Chic Fila, Buccees, Olive Garden and Canes. Every other spot we have tried need to learn from these other restaurants on customer service, and work ethic.
