See that post of mine, the more I writie about how wonderful this place is, makes me sad they are not open today. Crazy about this place, the incredible recipes that has made them famous for years and Mrs. McCarthy's famous pies and that Yorkshire pudding and the pot pie with that huge puff pastry that lands on top will be something you never forget!
Thoroughly enjoyed my time I spent there. The service was excellent and the chicken pot pie did not disappoint.

McCarthy’s Irish Pub
Mayor Abby Brennan’s next stop on the Tastes of Tequesta Tour was McCarthy’s Irish Pub in the County Line Shopping Plaza. Known for its authentic Irish cuisine including Shepherd’s pie, Irish stew and chicken pot pie, McCarthy’s also offers a host of Irish brews on tap including Smithwick’s Irish Ale and Guinness Extra Stout. Former Mayor Pat Watkins and hubby Bill joined Abby for dinner and enjoyed the night’s special crab-encrusted snapper along with homemade scones and broccoli casserole. Soups, burgers, steaks, and homemade desserts are also on the menu. McCarthy’s Irish Pub is open weekdays between 11:30 am and 9:00 pm; Saturday between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm and closed on Sunday (note: closed Monday's in summer).. Happy hour is between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Owner Brendon McCarthy’s perfectly captures the ambiance at McCarthy’s Irish Pub by saying “there are no strangers here, only friends who haven’t met yet.”

This is has an old-time pub atmosphere complete with brickwork and fireplace. The food was excellent. It was quite a while ago, but I do remember that I had lamb chops which were delicious. I would certainly go back there again, maybe in the winter and sit by a cozy fire.
Was a great place, very welcoming, food was very good, the liver and onions was exceptional and Vanessa our gorgeous waitress was outstanding!!!
Great food, Ice Cold Beer. Everything on the menu is outstanding. Never had a bad meal. Love this place !!!

Local/ family owned! Awesome food! Great atmosphere... No better place in Jupiter/Tequesta. Highly recommended. Hint: if the dining room is full, eat in the pub!

Great Irish pub with live music and a decent point of Guinness
The sausages McCarthy's use for their bangers and mash are perfect.
Best of all is the service. Attentive, engaging and fun. Big shout out to Vicky who helped make our evening.
Great place with Irish atmosphere but the food is the thing to wait for. Decent menu selection prepared amazingly well. Chicken pot pie and authentic Irish stew served with a big spoon are nirvana. Eaten with a Guinness means allow extra time as you won't want it to end. Kid friendly. Worth the trip if you are visiting Jupiter/Palm Beach.
This is a nice homey place with good food, both Irish and American. Very affordably priced, good wine selection but small anf full bar. They have live Music on Thursday's with a big crowd.
Love this restaurant and the cozy atmosphere. They had live music while I was there. The lamb burger was amazing as well as the fried shrimp appetizer.
We love McCarthy’s. Great food and real good pours on the drinks. It’s our go to pub to meet up with friends.
