Just left and the service was great! I was honestly so surprised with how quick it took and that my food was fresh. It took not even 5 minutes before I got my food, and the nuggets and fries were hot fresh! Even got the right amount of sauce! 👏👏👏

Went in to get 2 large sweet teas and they got it wrong. Spoke to a manager and she said co.e by tomorrow and tell them I said I would make it right. Went back following day and told them what the manager said and gave them the managers name and they told me we have no knowledge of it so you will have to pay for them. I don't mind paying for drinks but when you are told just tell them I said I would make it right then you need to follow thru.

Not sure if this is the right location but it's near the freeway in Temple. We decided to order something on the menu that was posted $14.99 but the young man man said his Mgr said that was only for advertisement. He had to charge us like $19.00, we found that weird. But since Jack in the box only had 1 person working and couldn't cook we had to just go with McDonald's and pay the incorrect price. Here is the picture of the menu board, with More Deals...$14.99

At least 10 minutes in the drive thru for a fast food breakfast then the lady had the nerve to come with my food and just say good morning give me my food and walk off....ummm first of all an appropriate slogan at this point would have been I'm sorry for your wait. 2nd of all you forgot have a nice day. Smh I know this is bottom of the barrel McDonald's but geeeeez what ever happened to customer recovery when you have them waiting too long. Welp won't be back here.

I ask this lady can I have some or is there already some salsa/picante sauce for my food, she looks at me says yea and then closes the window as im looking through the bag and seeing she is lying. I didn't know It was that horrible or bad to get a simple order.

Placed a mobile order ahead of time. It took 10 minutes just to get to the windows, then we were asked to pull up out of the drive thru line to wait for our food (cheeseburger, dbl cheeseburger, dbl qp with cheese, large fries). After waiting there for another 10 minutes, my husband finally went inside and got the food himself. Should not take more than 10 minutes for McDonald’s to make hamburgers and fries considering it’s their basic business model.

Easy to get to, staff is trained well, food is fresh and hot. Prices are going up and i didn't quite like this location, but overall it is above average fast food restaurant...

I went during lunch time and was able to get in, order my food, and find a table pretty quickly. Everything was clean and organized. The food was okay. My draw back was the cashier was kinda creepy, see was staring at everyone and a little to hard because she got my order wrong and the fries was mixed with fresh and stale.
