This Subway is the worst that I have ever been to as far as customer service goes. Although my sandwich was good I will be complaining to corporate as they wanted to charge me two 6" subs when I requested my 12" sub to be wrapped separately and was told that's how the company wants them to do it. I have been to many Subways all over the country as I am a trucker and this is a first for me.... Not to mention the last time I was in town, they were unable to chop up my salad at all as they had apparently had their chopper taken away and not allowed to due to safety reasons, yet were allowed to use sharp knives to cut sandwiches all day long.

This place is never busy and the employees are always friendly. It's kind of hidden so don't give up when searching it out! Best Subway in Temple IMO

Very friendly staff most of the time go there for the steak and cheese cheese on flat white bread just don't like that after 7p.m. on my dialysis days three times I had to go across town because the one here on 31st street claim to be out..

I don't even need to go in to know I would never eat here. When I drive past the back door going to Chipotle there are always employees smoking right in the OPEN doorway. I called once but obviously the manager doesn't care because I see this ALL THE TIME. So gross.

LOVE IT! Friendly, fast and clean! Employees wash hands a lot and change gloves a lot. Food was fresh. I was greeted at the door.

I got a buffalo chicken footlong and the lady that made it for me was so nice and made it look pretty, eventhough I ate it I enjoyed it. Amanda was her name if I am not mistaken. 10-10 will return

Friendly employees. Fast and efficient. Very, very clean. Employees washed there hands several times. Food was fresh and good.
