Went in today 4/12/2022 ordered the Breakfast on Bun meal and let me tell you it was hot, fresh, and delicious. Excellent customer service from the management down to the crew members. It’s not often that you get treated with so much dignity and respect and great food delivered to your table with a smile. Keep up the great work, definitely will be back

Placed an order online for delivery for 2 Cobb salads and 2 sweet tea. And was told sweet tea was out, when the order arrived one of the salad also didn’t have boiled eggs in it. Won’t ever order from this location again. No basic competence. The other whataburger joint on General Bruce Dr is a much better location. Don’t go to this one.

Came in just now asked for the bbq bacon burger. Asked no onions but of course there are onions. And yes the receipt says it as well. This was also 840pm on a Monday. Really appreciate it if the guys in sandwiches could make a simple burger correct. This is why I’ll never come back because one person can’t do their simple job and make a easy burger.

I went to two locations, due to one didn't have tomatoes. What is a burger without tomatoes. The 2nd location was great, especially since I forgot my wallet. They made my burger with extra onions and tomatoes, but they forgot the lettuce. Oh God, what is a burger without lettuce.

The worst and most disgusting whataburger I have ever experienced. The floors in the bathroom were just mopped but there was standing water. Like they didn't ring out the mop the food was horrible and the employees will walk by you without even acknowledging your in line. Then 3 employees who did not appear to be on break but apparently was hungry stood in line to order in front of a customer. Horrible experience.

Ordered a burger and fries. First of all, when ordering thru drive thru the girl doing it would not slow down to listen to what I was ordering. That's so annoying!!!
My fries were not fresh and the burger had cheese sitting on it,not melted. The meat was chewy. I believe if I spend my money I should get way better service.

There was very little honey butter on our honey butter chicken biscuits. We don't have a Whataburger in the town that I live in and we were visiting the area. I was really kind of disappointed in the fact that I should have ordered extra honey butter because all four of the biscuits that we ordered were rather dry.

It was really good. The burgers really remind me of Sonic, just with more flavor. The fries were your regular cookie cutter fast food fries. The onion rings were AMAZING. They were not too much onion, and not too much batter. Just the right balance... and they had flavor. The strawberry shake was decent, just a little too thick. Gonna make a point to go one more time before I leave Texas in 5 days..
