Enjoyed the food everything was fresh and hot. Favorite part was the hot soft biscuits. The service was okay had to ask for things that we should not have needed to. Social distancing and regulations all in place. Friendly staff, smiles, and hot yummy food!!!!

This is by far the worst food I've ever had at a cracker barrel. They forgot a lot of the items. No gravy, no biscuits, no cranberry butter and no syrup. Now I would still be ok if at least the food was good but nope! Everything was cold. My fried chicken pieces were still pink in the middle one being bloody. My husband's turkey fried turkey was all breading with a tiny piece of actual meat.

Great comfort food, feels like you went to your grandma's house. The decor is awesome, brings you back to the good old days. The customer service is excellent. The store has great items for gifting like water globes, their pancake mix and syrup, clothes, toys and more... This is my husband's and mine favorite restaurant. Once you try it, you'll be hooked, you won't be dissapointed, enjoy y'all!

First...if you don't absolutely love good food, good mood, and a charming gift shop, don't come to Cracker Barrel! I, personally, love it! Ask for a Server named Susan or Dimples because she is fabulous - attentive and friendly!

Obviously not sat heavy because of Covid. Since we didn't have our order decided as soon as we sat down, service was slow. Drinks became empty and we didn't get our bread until our food arrived. Food wasn't bad, just kinda soggy. Fried food should be crisp. Had to ask for a to go box three times to finally get one. Probably will not go back.

If you love home style southern cooking and aren’t watching your calorie count, this is the place. I love the southern fried chicken, the biscuits, and the macaroni. I would avoid the breakfast though because the bacon and ham were extremely salty and the eggs were very undercooked however, the pancakes are pretty good.

Good home cooked food. But something has changed. Yes they have made the menu smaller, but some of the things don't taste as fresh as they have before.
