I made an "on the go" order to try out the new salted caramel cold brew as well as the chocolate croissant. The salted caramel cold brew did not have any foam when I received it 3 minutes after I put in my online order. As far as the chocolate croissant, I took a single bite on both sides to see how much chocolate there was and it was almost non-existent.
I had a similar issue with this location during the Valentine's Day brownie batter donuts where there was almost no brownie batter thinking that was just how things were done, but went to three other locations where it was filled almost to the brim with brownie batter. I don't think this is how you keep a business.

They gave me a free donut I suppose because they were busy. But it's a donut and coffe shop for a cheap price you can do work there. also the food is decent it's just not fresh most of the time 6/10 would go again

When they make it good they make it good. I love my baristas but the one older Indian fellow truly hates this job. Instead of being honest and telling you there's no espresso he will give you milk and sugar and call it a cappuccino. This is NOT THE FIRST TIME. When I saw he was making our coffee I told my husband this guy hates his job because it never comes out good. Then my coffee came with no espresso. I hate to be this way but it doesn't take much to be honest. Not much at all.

Good coffee and donuts, nice folks. The line is sometimes a tad slow but that isn’t restricted to just this restaurant and location. They offer tasty products and I’ve never had an issue.

A couple years ago I stopped going to this Dunkin, but recently returned when NONE of three other area Dunkins had frozen coffee late in the evening, but they did. Since then, I've been back twice and found the staff to be warm, professional, and the food top notch. Will drive past other Dunkins to come to this one! Highly recommended, way to go current staff!!

It is so upsetting when you order food through Uber Eats and have to pay extra for the convenience and most times worth it but when the restaurant sends you food ( pepper bacon wrap ) and the tortilla is so crunchy it could break your teeth is SO DISAPPOINTING! I feel like they take advantage of customers that place deliveries because for the most part we won't go back to fix the order.

This is the worst DD I've ever been to. The service is extremely slow inside and the drive through line. Without fail, every time, the hot breakfast is always cold. I always see about 4 or 5 employees yet I've witnessed only three people actually working. One on the drive through window, one at the register and some dude with a ponytail and no hair net making the hot food. I go to this location because it is close to my office. I have given this location several opportunities and every time they fail. Corporate should "secret shop" this store for the full effect.

i would give this place a zero stars if possible. never had a problem at any dunkin place before this one. my sister and i waited over 20 minutes just for them to help us and we were ignored. i stood in the ordering line and in the pick up line to get their attention for my mobile order. they had their heads down and would not even look at me. once i finally got their attention, i told them my order and they still didn't help me. about 15 minutes later, i was in the pick up line and when i finally got their attention, they asked me what my order was. i told them and they started talking in english and another language as well about making the drink. im not sure if they were confused about how to make the drink but they took about 10 minutes to make the drink itself and would not give me a receipt when i asked. it wasn't busy and the 3-4 workers were just talking the entire time. super disappointed with my visit. just wanted to get my drink and go to class. even though i was still kind and attentive to them, i would like that to be reciprocated. dunkin, please hire better, kinder workers. as someone who has worked in fast food, i would never treat a customer like this. anyways fire them and hire me ;) on a serious note, do better thank u.
