If I could give a zero I would.
I called at 8:55 to place an order.
They didn’t have a 20 ounce soda that I liked. I tried to order one.
When they totaled it, they told me it wasn’t enough for delivery. I said “I know, that’s why I wanted a COKE”. He laughed.
I asked if they had a 2 liter COKE and he said yes. So I had to buy a 2 liter just to meet the total because they were out of 20 oz. (Didn’t seem like that should have been my problem)
They said 45 minutes.
I called an 65 minutes later and he said the driver was on his way. He apologized. Said they made the order wrong and had to redo it. They were very sorry.
It would be 15 more minutes. (No discount offer. Nothing)
When it arrived 25 minutes later, I wasn’t happy. Not the driver’s fault - but 45 minutes after the time it was supposed to be here is not really acceptable.
Looked at the ticket and the order was placed 10 minutes before I called, which was 55 minutes after I called to place the original order.
The 2 liter COKE I paid 2.50 for is some generic brand cola and my sub is missing the lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
So. Apparently they made it wrong the second time, too.
I called and let them know that I wasn’t happy.
They didn’t offer to give me a refund or anything.
Doesn’t matter to me how good the food may be, the Customer service in the store is awful. The driver was very polite.

I have been ordering here for every 3 years now. I always get polite customer service and the pizza has remained consistent. Their wings are the best! I have sent a lot of friends and family here and they've all said great things. The only negative thing I could say is that there is no sit-in place to eat. However, I am okay with either picking it up or having it delivered. Prices are SUPER LOW!

I also would rate 0 stars if possible. We ordered over an hour ago and ITS STILL NOT HERE AND IM GETTING A LITTLE ANGRY. Currently: 10:54 pm he said he was 2 miles away 9 minutes ago
Update: it is now 11:05 pm and STILL NO FOOD.
Update 2: it is 11:11 pm and the food has arrived and the order is completely wrong. We ordered 2 pizzas and only one showed up. We ordered 2 pints of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and only received one and 2 EXTRA CHOCOLATE CAKES THAT WE DID NOT ORDER. also asked for no chicken in our Alfredo and guess what? We got chicken.
0 stars.
Update 3: pizza is size of our head and the carrot cake is frozen.
also we actually kinda appreciate the chocolate cake.

Update 4: we now ordered 2 hours ago and he left about 30 minutes ago to get the other pizza and still has not arrived. We just called and they said they were CLOSED even though their menu says they close at midnight.
Back to 0 stars.
Update 5: about an hour later and pizza not still here. An employee at our hotel is just called and gave some serious sass to the person on the phone and they’re not coming so she called again and gave them even MORE SASS.

Sorry for any typos I’m just very angry. It’s not 12:09 am and we called twice and they said they don’t have a gps so they “don’t know where they are” even though they’ve already showed up.

This has been the absolute worst pizza delivery experience I've ever had in my life!! We ordered an extra large half cheese half pepperoni pizza around 9:30pm on a Friday night. An hour later the pizza still hadn't arrived so we called to check on the status. At that point they said they would check with the driver, and then got back on the line to say it'd be another 10 minutes. We picked up the pizza in the lobby of the AC Hotel at the National Harbor where we were staying. When we got to the room, the pizza was COLD and had slid to one side of the box. We called back and asked if they could resend a pizza, especially since it all slid to one side resulting in the slices being mushed together. They said they would send another pizza within 45 minutes. This is now around 11pm. Another hour later, the pizza still hasn't shown up. So we called to check and their response was that they "forgot" to make the second pizza. We asked for a refund and the lady on the phone said she couldn't do it, it would have to be a manager but there wasn't one there. We called the next day and spoke to the manager by the name of Jay. He argued back and forth on the phone about not being able to refund us. He eventually said he would refund 25%. We of course weren't happy with that, since the pizza we received wasn't worth at all what we paid for. He then said he could refund 50% and his argument for not refunding the entire amount was because they were never able to physically confirm whether we ate or threw out the pizza. Had they come back with the replacement pizza like they said they would, they would've seen that the pizza was sitting there waiting and this review would've never been written. He ultimately refused to make the refund and left it at that. We will NEVER order pizza from the place ever again, primarily because of the way the situation was handled from start to finish.

I ordered online for delivery order since the site boasted "FAST DELIVERY". I ordered a tasty turkey burger with your usual fixings, a drink, and a cookie to meet the delivery minimum. TWO HOURS later I called the location to figure out what's the problem, was put on hold for 15 minutes, then told that I should receive my food in 10 minutes. Strike 1. The food finally showed up but I was told that they were out of cookies so they gave me cake instead. Strike 2. I open my food and yep........everything was ice cold. Strike 3. The burger didn't even look like a burger and was poorly made. There wasn't much flavor to it and the rewarmed fries had little taste to them as well. I knew I should've ordered from Dominos instead.

I must say this is one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had. I made an order and was told it would an exactly an hour before my order arrives. An hour and a half passes I call back to check on my order the person who answers put me on hold, came back, put me on hold again then I told them my order and he put me on hold again. After telling the guy what my order was I was put on hold again. Then after he finds my order he tells me the driver is on the way but he can't give me an estimate because "he doesn't know how fast the driver is driving" ...... 2 hours later my order arrives and the food is just ok. Seafood ravioli was good but the mozzarella sticks were cold. Overall a bad experience, will never order from here again.

Never had a problem until today. Today I had the worst pizza delivery experience I ever had. Ordered my pizza before the game came on which was before 1pm. Pizza came at halftime which was 2:40, it was cold and driver said he dropped it which meant the pizza was messed up. Called the store kept getting put on hold which lasted another 12mins then finally spoke to someone who then transfer me to management who never answered and then I was transferred back to the store and had to repeat process again. Then when I let the driver speak to the store, he said I will give him the phone back. When I got the phone back they hung up on me. I will never spend another dollar there.

My pizza dough was uncooked. I called to inform the store and he told me he cook the pizzas for 6 minutes. He told me the pizza is done and there is nothing he can do about it. He never even offered to remake it. Now I gotta go put a whole pizza in the oven and continue cooking it. Never will I eat there again. Foreign people don’t care about the service they provide, all they care about is money
