Kfc

Everywhere else has opened the indoors for the public. They are still doing drive-thru only. I don't drive so this is frustrating. I ordered the 16 piece meal which comes with 4 large sides. I honestly don't know how any one could consider these sides large. The Mac and cheese and Cole slaw look like it's missing scoops. For 45 dollars I think I should have got more bang for my bucks.

This restaurant is the most disgusting place ever to eat from yes the food is exceptional at times but the staff they have working to serve us is the most laziest, disrespectful and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered dealing with fast food. I arrived at the drive through at 9:30pm I understand they close at 10pm but when I pull up to the menu to take my order they are refusing to serve me remind you it’s now 9:39pm. I noticed the car in from of me receiving their food but we couldn’t order & to make it even more sad they locked the window watching everyone pull off & they are laughing. It would have been fine if they would accepted orders until 9:50/9:55pm then I would understand but cutting the line short picking who gets to receive food is ridiculous, I would not be eating from this location let alone any KFC location. I’ll stop helping to pay them lazy workers!

Never again. Customer service subpar. And the food don't look clean. (I found lint on my tenders). They don't follow simple directions for a real simple order. I don't expect for 5 star service from a fast food joint but damn, if people don't wanna do the job at hand, go on and let somebody else get the job and get the job done. Afternoon of 9/28/20

I love the Food. But today's experience was Not good. App. Order, went to pick up. Standing outside door, called gave Order number. Associate came and took Uber driver name. I gave my name and Order number. Came without my order. I was told to go throughdrive thru. What. The cashier gave me order at the door, but really???

They (kfc) swipe my card and said it didn't go thru, I showed them my account where the payment did go thru but kfc said the payment didn't show up on their register and took my food back. I called corporate, no one answered I left a message with my contact information and no one has returned my call. I really don't like going to this kfc so I definitely won't be going back again! The last straw!
