I ordered the grilled cheese double steak burrito 🌯 first I didn’t get a receipt 🧾 and didn’t notice until I got home they didn’t even give me what I ordered I got a regular beef burrito I tried to call no answer so I had to write a review and as you can see this isn’t steak there’s no cheese or jalapeños on the outside I paid for what is a premium burrito and didn’t get it

They could do better with not ignoring customers. 5people from the back will mind their own business while their is a crowd of customers waiting. Plus the wait time after ordering is insanely long. Mold in some places too.

I was already in love wit chalupas but now there a cheese crusted option. I go just to get the toasted cheddar chalupas now!

Customer service is very poor especially if you go in to order. 10 employees will just stare at you not even asking have you been helped or anything. The inside is never clean.

My goodness. Just terrible. Went to get a quick bite to put something on my stomach. Hate eating out because of subpar food choices. Order n paid just to receive food and there's NO mild sauce. Don't know about anyone else but my stomach can not take spicy or hot foods. I asked the order taker well why didn't you tell me that when i ordered? I would've went somewhere else. Drive thru acts as if she could care less. Good grief. Eat at home people.

The new Young manager that they have in there he's not organized and always get your orders messed up and he always tried to say that every time you come in to put a order in you're wrong and he's right
