I order at least 3 menu items every time because I can't choice my

2Teriyaki Wings the chicken is halal and dripping out of the oven. You will love them!
3 any calzone all of their meat is halal or no pork

Pizza was good, as always. I have to call them b/c they are the ONLY ones that's quick and they never mess up the order.
Plus they kinda care, they wont just leave your stuff outside like door dashers.

I ordered 4 things: pasta, fries, a dessert and a drink from them. I only received the pasta in my delivery. Which really sucks because i like their food but if i knew i was only getting my pasta i would’ve ordered elsewhere so i could get my drink too. Idec ab the fries and the desert but 20$ is too much to spend and only receive alfredo.

The service here is terrible for food delivery. I ordered a pizza a hour ago. Ok cool. I call the gentleman tells me it’ll be 40 minutes. I said: “I ordered a hour ago. Two hours for pizza?” He simply responds by saying, they only have one driver. No apology for a two hour wait or compensation what so over. I suggest you all change how far you deliver. I live 15 mins away, no reason it should take 2 hours. I will be calling to speak with management.

I decided to support local business. Big mistake. I walked in , ordered a pizza. They kept asking me at least 3 times what I ordered. I ordered an extreme. Sign out front says if you order a pizza with 1 topping, you get a free soda. Well, I ordered an extreme and could not get a free soda.
Might also help if you did not have kids working behind the counter. Literally kids. Like 12 years old. Papa John's is right beside it. Next time, I'll do papa johns.

Called an order in for delivery, was told the total was $31 and some change, checked our account and we were charged for $39. We called to ask why it was so much and was told to just look at the receipt when the order arrived. So we just cancelled the order and asked for a refund. We were told the refund would be processed in 3 days, but after 3 days never got a refund but a charge was posted for an adjusted amount. Called again and first, they hung up on me. Called back again and was told that they forgot to process it and to come in and show our bank statement to get a cash refund. I didn’t trust this place when I realized the website on the menu wasn’t correct and that it said no pork products in the store even though there’s tons of stuff with bacon and ham, but now I DEFINITELY don’t trust this place.

Terrible, terrible service. My order was wrong and when I called to inform them, the female who answered the phone gave me the worse service. She said that my order was right and that they was not returning to pick up the pizza and went on and on about how they gave me right pizza in a seriously rude tone. After years of supporting this place. I will never order from them again due to this experience. Learn how to acknowledge a mistake and keep your customers happy. People should truly rethink before ordering from here. Bad service needs to have major consequences. It is a privelege to have customers. However they seem to take this for granted.
