This McDonald's is really nice. Always clean, including the bathrooms. It's always very busy. The drive through line moves quickly. I didn't give them 5 stars, because the last time I went, they forgot to put cheese on my breakfast sandwich.

No one was there to give us our orders. It was 5 of us and we were all waiting to pick up online deliveries of different kinds.
When the young woman finally helped she was pleasant, but she came from the window to give us our orders.

It almost got five stars. The first guy at the window made my coffee just right but something was wrong with the lid. He was fumbling with it and I thought he'd fixed it. When I got to the car and took a sip, the lid popped off and ... Coffee everywhere. I went back for napkins to clean it, told him what happened and he said he'd make me a new coffee.
Unfortunately, he delegated that job to someone else who did ask me how I wanted my coffee. I said light and sweet, please. She returned. Slammed the cup down. I got back to the car. She gave me black unsweetened coffee.

Food was not hot but actually the customer service was good this time that's why they received a 3. If it wasn't for that zero if I could give it. The young lady with locs that was managing. Amazing!!!

I was randomly craving McDonalds all day. Finally placed a pick up order on the app. Waited forever with my toddler in the car. I didn’t think to check my bag before I left and when I got home realized my sandwich wasn’t even in the bag. I got two happy meals because we wanted the Disney toys really bad and they gave us two of the same toy which was the worst one out of all of them. The pack of apples which the happy meal was also opened and dirty! The pies were also completely raw. They don’t answer the phone and I’m guessing I’m not going to get a response or refund from the email. $10 for a soda and some fries. I’m so irritated!

3 tries, one visit, and each time order (Just wanted a mocha coffee) and they couldn't make to save their ignorant behinds. Apparently the staff is not familiar with their menu. I received a frappe (nope! Wrong); next a black coffee (are you freaking kidding?) And lastly a coffee with expresso shot (that was it for me!) The young woman on the third try was peeping through the door at me vs making my drink. I politely requested a refund and left!

I have twins so I visit this establishment many times of the week & let me say just to please my children & I understand that no place is perfect but, the customer service is below standards I say that due to poor customer service(delay,cold, not the correct food) , poor communication(some don’t know the language U speak), a lot staff some pleasant, many there to tolerate U as the customer w/ limited interest of the job or respect for the one who pays to keep these franchise & corporates running & depending location I visit performance is very poor & limited I’m even working towards of stop supporting the Co. because there’s no reciprocity for an individual as U or I who spends thousands of dollars here within a year here.
