August 9th 2013- This location is horrible! I come here on Fridays mostly and it takes 30 minutes to get 3 pizzas after they tell me it will be ready in 12 minutes. They are constantly giving away pizza who just walk in vs the customers who have been waiting. Awful customer service, the manager is always in the back instead of explaining to customers why they are so behind.

I'm from Detroit Mi and me and my family is on vacation in Clinton Va the Cashier or that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and she took my order over the phone and had me drive all the way over to his location just to tell me nothing was prepared because who ever answered the phone was suppose to take my credit card info. I just walked out never have I ever herd of suck a thing please don't EAT here until they train there staff better

The travesty I got from them...it took over 20 minutes for one pizza with bread sticks. But it looks like they danced on it and the bread sticks are just undercooked dough. When I opened the box I remembered something. "Always check your order first"

There were no ready pizzas and I had just seen the commercial with the stuffed crust, and I go there and they don't sell it anymore. What kind of crap is that? They said no other little ceasars sells it either. Then we get home with this "deep, deep "pizza and the only thing cooked was the edges and the cheese was melted. The rest was all uncooked dough. The manager offered me another one , nope I don't think so. NO MORE LITTLE CEASAR FOR ME OR MINE.

The food was good but the service was crappy. I know we all don't like to go to work all the time but geez you def showed that today Ms. Jessica J. Next time smile or something. Fake it til you make it. A lot of youth need customer service training. A little goes a long way. Trust me.

Not the best customer service. It doesn’t seem like the guy who took my order wanted my business. You could welcome customers and ask them if you could help them. Not Rocket Science!
