Atmosphere is good, love Tempe Market Place, but Great Steak leaves something to be desired. The food is average to good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Went there today for lunch, the rest of the eateries were plenty busy except for this one so we went in. Robert the counter guy just stood there, no greeting, no suggestions, no smile, mumbled at us and was as unfriendly as anyone could be. Maybe he is having personal problems or something but he is killing the business with unfriendliness. Too bad because with a change of attitude this place could be rockin', oh well. Poor management of staff is apparent, don't expect this place to be here long at this rate.

Very poor customer service, the cashier always has an attitude and no one looks happy there. It really brings my mood down. Love this place, but please invest in some customer service skills.
