Jack In The Box

The staff is pretty friendly but they don't listen very well and I often have to repeat the order 3 or 4 times but it gets made correctly. It's usually clean and quiet inside, although the parking lot usually needs to be cleaned. They don't seem to spend a lot of time worrying about the curb appeal and minding the outside appearance and that can make most people assume the inside isn't cleaned or maintained.

What can I say about Jack in the Box it's like a Denny's or a McDonald's try everything on the menu once and you'll go back and order everything a second type the food here is just that good and thanks for being open on Christmas I couldn't have done it without you haha that just means I'm the laziest cook and you guys are the most awesome for being open love you guys customer for life long-term customer at that well over 40 years

I originally gave them a 1 star review, but I am changing it now. After I posted my review, the owner got in touch with me and was very concerned. He said he definitely did not want people to feel bad after going to his store and he also told me he would take care of it. This is a person and company that I feel like really cares about the customer service and that is truly something that is rare to find. Thank you for taking the time to make things right and checking into the problems I had. I will give it another try when I'm in the area again! Best customer service ever.

Fast, friendly, helpful. I come to this location pretty often. If you want 5 star dining, Jack in the Box isn't the place I would go to. However if you want a 5 star Jack in the Box experience, this place is fantastic. I get to pay using the app, and pick it up with ease. Every experience has been extremely fast and friendly. Occasionally I'll order something on the app that isn't available in store and they will do above and beyond to replace it. I once ordered an oreo cookie shake they couldn't fulfill and they offered a beverage, cheese cake and chocolate cake, which I only accepted the chocolate cake because I didn't need all 3. But it was so pleasant that they offered all 3 as a substitute. On my next visit visit the same person was working and she recognized my mask and threw in an oreo cookie shake into my order even though I didn't have one on this purchase. It was a nice surprise to be remembered at all, especially at a fast food establishment. Staff is absolutely wonderful.
