Jack In The Box

***update below*** I gave 3 because its Jack's, if was any other place it would've been 1. Watch your receipt and make sure you get what you paid for and paid for what you specified in your order. Shady practices not once or twice, 3 strikes your outted. Did you happen to hire a phone scam operator for this location? Oh yeah! Make sure you get your change or card and reciept in drive through...worst Jack in Az, and I've been to most of them. *** update*** this location stepped up and got the right people in place. way to go Jacks!

Professional employees and a presentable location. Never had any issues for months of coming here and today they gave a wrong item but were quick to ask me to return at my earliest convenience to correct it when I called them. Plus the drive thru is plenty wide enough so no worries about curbing your rims and the location is super easy to get in and out of.

Great food and fantastic service as always. Trip was only ruined by the garbage customers harassing the staff at the register approximately 12:30. Accusing the cashier of pretending not to speak English when she was speaking perfectly fine. I guarantee they called corporate to complain. Rather than a gift card they deserve a ban. Negatively effects the staff and the atmosphere for the customers

Is it just me, or is this place always empty? It's me, right? I'm coming at slow times? I don't know. Anyway, they're always helpful here, and the food is always fresh. Nacho mini tacos, wow, whatta time to be alive. I love junk food, and these are definitely junk. The good junk. Basically, you're looking at 15 tiny beef (no cheese, and negative-10 vegetable) tacos, covered in nacho cheese powder, in a fold-up Chinese carryout box. Nice.

Arturo and Esther were more than helpful! They were both extremely friendly and down to earth. They made the food perfectly to taste. They were super nice and very easy people to get along with. This was the best service I’ve had in a long time and they both deserve to be recognized for their great service.

Went here late last night and I absolutely loved the service. The workers were very nice, even got their names to include them in this review so shout out to Arturo, Luisa, and Ester who did an amazing job with their service and the food. I’m pretty sure they worked the graveyard shift so I was a bit surprised to see how energetic they were especially Arturo. He was very nice and definitely knows customer service. The food was amazing, usually whenever I go to jack in the box, the food is okay but this shift actually wants their food to look amazing and taste good as well. This will definitely be my new spot to get jack in the box

Best experience I’ve had with any fast food place in Tempe, Arturo managed to get us our food quickly even though there was a at least 8 people ahead of us. This was at 2 am and jack in the box was the only thing open worth eating. Thank you again to Arturo and the cooking staff for making us quality food and getting it to us quickly.
