I tried this location the other night even though not as convenient as the Scottsdale/Thomas location. What a wonderful experience... quick service; friendly staff; good quantities; absolutely delicious chicken bowl. I'm definitely coming here again! I'd almost given up on Chipotle.

Busy Chipotle, food was good. Could have been a cleaner. The drink station was a mess, tables not cleaned.

Came in for takeout, was in & out within maybe a minute and a half. The burrito I got was PERFECTLY wrapped and filled. Great service.

We have gone here many times and they are always awesome! Their employees are really nice and helpful and the food is so yummy. It's probably my favorite chipotle location!

Usually no problems with this location. It's your usual chipotle experience, however I wouldn't recommend coming to this location near closing time. Also the portions seem smaller compared to other locations I've been to.
Update: My experience of service near closing time has improved. Still would like a little more in the portion of food.

The girls working here currently ( January 2021 ) are quite rude and could use some retraining on customer service skills. If it wasn't for their manager (Aldo) stepping in and apologizing for their behavior I would have left and eaten next door.
Aldo stepped in and helped us with our order and went out of his way to accommodate us. Therefore I'm not leaving a bad review and took the time to write a detailed and positive review for them. Please give that man a raise !! Amazing customer service skills coming from Aldo!

The young lady at the front Laura I believe, was awesome and very helpful and assured me that my order would be corrected. She showed poise and promptness to tend to my request. They messed up my to go order but after going in I was blown away. Also the manager with the tattoos was well timed in getting it correct and even throwing in a free burrito card! I will definitely be back to this location. A+ for them!
