Great customer service I was greeted with a warm hello as soon as i entered the establishment which is always a great feeling as a customer. I ordered the ribeye steak bowl with steam vegetables I enjoyed it and will be back sometime soon to try some different items from the menu.

I love Waba Grill. They're chicken is always perfectly cooked and has a generous amount of teriyaki sauce. They give you a nice healthy portion of vegetables with your order. Sometimes the college kids are a little distracted was giving efficient service but well worth the wait. The atmosphere is a bit Bland and cafeteria style but the food makes up for it. I wish they had more locations . I also find it a bit odd that they close at 7:00 when a lot of people don't get out of work until 5:00 take some time to get home and get settled and go out to get something to eat and they're closed . It's my go-to place for a chicken teriyaki bowl every time.

Very satisfying food. Sweet and spicy chicken, steak, and basically everything we ordered was tasty 😋. Parking is a bit challenging as there are several other vendors near by that can take up a lot of needed space. Interior seating is a bit cluttered. There are a lot of back to back chairs. Enjoyed enough to vist multiple times.
Took the entire family the 2nd trip. Next time I am in the area this location is on my list.

Can’t believe I was sleeping on this place. The vegan option, the “plant-spired steak” was 🔥
I do wish it came with vegetables because the pictures online depicted the bowl that way, and I do wish that there were veggie dumplings.
However, the sauce was phenomenal and I will be back. I just know to ask for veggies on the side next time ;)

Last time I was at a WaBa Grill was when I was living in CA. So I was looking forward to returning to one, and this location did not disappoint. Friendly staff, and still yummy food. The sauce is the main reason to go, as it's a good combo of sweet but not to sweet, alongside being savory. Not to thin, not to thick. Kinda wish I had a location closer to Gilbert.

Everything sold here is tasty and healthy. they even have Sobe on tap. Kind customer service. my meal was ready in 3 minutes. restroom clean as well as the dining area. Totally recommend! my new favorite!

My service from Sasha was amazing. I came in because I had a coupon and wanted to try something new. She helped advise me on how to place my order. She was very kind and my food was out instantly. The steak bowls were delicious.

I like this place a lot. The servings are pretty big, and the food is tasty. My order is always correct, and I typically eat here once a week. I wish they would open their dining area tho so I didn’t have to eat my food at home or in my car.

This was my first visit there and I was really impressed! The portion size was good and very flavorful. There are lots of options to choose from, so everyone should be able to find something to their liking. Prices are good for the portions. I liked that they had salmon. Can't wait to try that next time. This is a place I can see us going back to. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but it will depend on the time of day that you go. Give it a try, I think you'll like it.
